Contacted PROformance because I wanted to find a smaller company than the big 4 AC companies out here. It was so refreshing to have time spent with me to figure out the best option to cool the front part of my house down. Brian and his team are as good as it gets. I had specced my system prior to contacting him and after a short chat we were on the same page and agreed to install the new Trane XV18 heat pump system with Clean Effects. I’m thrilled with my decision to go with Brian Reyes with Proformance Heating & Air. I had been a longtime client of another well advertised company and was disappointed by the lack of transparency and knowledge I received when researching for a replacement of my 17 yr. A/C unit. I reached out for an alternative Trane quote. Brian immediately contacted me and the education process began. I was considering a Trane Multi stage heat pump vs what i had, a condenser & furnace. I was thirsty for knowledge to educate myself on this significant 15 yr. Investment. Brian was very knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and friendly while being very professional. During this 30 day process I continued my due diligence working with the other vendor to educate myself on the different concept of a heat pump and the significant cost. They fell short. Brian did not. He worked to gain my trust and provided the most competitive priced proposal. Brian and his team completed the installation flawlessly in one day. I had a follow up concern. Brian responded immediately and was at my home to address my concern and educate me further within an hour. I’m very pleased with the knowledge i gained from Brian and enthusiastically support him and his company.
I had been told that I needed about $6500 worth of work done on a Trane airconditioner and decided I should get a comparison quote. Brian from ProFormance came and told me all that needed doing was to have 2 units of refrigerant added to the unit….a savings of over $6,300! And to top it off, Brian would not let me pay the $95 service charge because he said I’d already paid for that when I paid the other company. Highly recommend this company not only for honesty but professionalism too. They will be my ‘go to’ for all my a/c needs in the future
